Explore a beautiful park in northern Tanzania. during this 6days safari you will visit Tarangire, the Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Serengeti National Park.  This safari has something for everybody – birds, the Big Five and a crater filled with wild animals, it is also ideal for those with limited time.

Day 1:  Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha National Park

On your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be picked with our company professional driver guide, who will give you a short safari brief then you will drive to Arusha National Park for a day game drive, This beautiful park has an awe- inspiring blend of vegetation which includes swamp, grasslands and mountain slopes of Meru which are swathed in tropical rainforest. You will be accompanied by a ranger who will guide you through the rainforest up to a sparkling waterfall where you will be able to spot black and white colobus monkeys going about their day. After lunch at the picnic site, you will have a game drive through a wider scope of the park, including the lake of Momella and the Ngurdoto crater and you will most likely spot buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebra and gazelle as well as a host of different bird species. Late evening you will drive to the hotel or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Breakfast at the lodge then you will depart to Tarangire National Park. This Park has a lot of migratory movement with greater Tarangire Ecosystem.  The Park runs along the Tarangire River and it is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the great valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees with huge swamp areas. Enjoy spotting large batches of colorful and exclusive bird species.

Tarangire national park has the highest destiny of elephants in north Tanzania and you will spot these animals all the year round. You will have lunch at the picnic site after which we will depart to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park.

Breakfast at the hotel then you will depart to Lake Manyara National Park. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch we head to Lake Manyara Park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas. Also, this park is serene and beautiful with the main attraction of tree climbing lion, its elephant and hippos that you can see at closer range than most other places.  Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird’s life. Also, the Rift Valley escarpment forms a noteworthy landmark and provides a spectacular backdrop to Lake Manyara.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will drive to Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore, attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

You will   have another full day in this wonderful park, rising early to make the most of our time. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest. This diverse and interesting landscape will provide us with the ultimate in game viewing, we will hopefully see all of the plain games; elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, lions and if you are lucky the elusive leopard and cheetah, as well as huge amounts of interesting bird life, from the elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast, we descend into this magnificent crater for a half-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Another big draw card to this picturesque park is the dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, after that we travel back to Arusha on your way to Kilimanjaro international airport where we will end our African safari adventure.
