Game-driving safaris through Northern National parks, Witness the 8th Wonder of the world – Wildebeest Migration, Visit the local villages and get to know the culture and Ngorongoro the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

On your arrival at Kilimanjaro international Airport, our driver will be there to welcome you in Tanzania and transfer you to Arusha where you will get rest at planet Lodge Waiting for tomorrow’s contentment.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

The day starts with a hearty breakfast, afterwards your tour guide will do briefing of the day activities, and from there you will from Arusha and head to Tarangire National Park. African elephants – the world’s biggest mammals – are very common in this area. The park is also dotted with the iconic Baobab, shrub-like trees that can grow up to 30m tall. After full day of exploring Tarangire, we head to the hotel.

Day 3: Lake Eyasi Cultural Tour – Hadzabe Tribe

Wake up to the beautiful views of Lake Eyasi. The day offers a wide variety of unique and authentic cultural experiences. Spend the morning with the Hadzabe men learning their ways of hunting and gathering (one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa) and the afternoon learning about the Hadzabe women and children’s way of life. This unique opportunity will allow you to experience a trip back into human survival in the bush.

Day 5: Lake Eyasi

After breakfast you will leave for Lake Natron, enjoy a game drive en route to Lake Natron. The scenery here is beautiful, especially the Ngarasero Escarpment, the waterfalls, the gorge, Oldonyo Lengai (a still active volcano) and the flamingos across the lake. Today we will go on a walk to the waterfalls. During the walk you will cross the water at different times, at which point you can swim and refresh under the waterfalls.

 

Day 6: Lake Eyasi – Hunting tour with the Datoga Tribes – Lake Natron

We start early in the morning for a hunting tour with the Datoga warriors then back to the lodge for breakfast. Afterwards, we depart for Lake Natron.

Day 7: Lake Natron –   Maasai Land and Breathtaking Landscapes

 

With the one of the Maasai family members you will drove through dry savage vegetation, climbed or jumped over dried out the river while spotting heard of zebras and giraffes. The journey is really unforgettable

Getting to know the Maasai

Maasai lead are semi – nomadic life in which cattle and the seasons dictate the course of their life. Traditional Maasai settlements consist of Bomas, small houses made of cow dungs

Upon your arrival at Maasai Bomas you will warmly welcomed by the Maasai members greetings are essentials in Maasai culture.it will take some time then you will walk to their bomas.

Even though there is one village, a hub for surrounding Maasai tribes which offers some places to get food and hostel with western standards but we will give you a chance to stay at one of the Maasai Family so that you can be able to learn each and everything about Maasai tribe and their ethics.

Maasai warriors will gathered and forming circle and then they will start sing in a chorus. one after another will inter in the middle of the circle and starting to jump higher as possible while the other continue with the mesmerizing the music

Day8: Day trip to Oldonyo Lengai

Oldonyo Lengai means the mountain of God the Maasai believed that the holly volcano is the residence of their god. Mountain can be climbed with your tour guide and he will offer you an adventurous journey. Hike is an exciting and unique trekking experience.

Day 9: Masai Village – Ngorongoro conservation Area – Olduvai Gorge

The Olduvai Gorge  is one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world; it has proven invaluable in furthering understanding of early human evolution. A steep-sided ravine in the Great Rift Valley that stretches across East Africa, it is about 48 km (30 mi) long, and is located in the eastern Serengeti Plains within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the Arusha Region, about 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Laetoli, another important archaeological site of early human occupation. The British/Kenyan paleoanthropologist-archaeologist team Mary and Louis Leakey established and developed the excavation and research programs at Olduvai Gorge which achieved great advances of human knowledge and world-renowned status.

Day 10: Mto wa Mbu – Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Mto wa mbu for a cultural tour. Mto Wa Mbu Village has a very active cultural programmer that seeks to show visitors the traditional way of life of the villagers through various activities and also a range of community projects that are in place. You can visit top spots in the area, taste Tanzanian foods and experience authentic cultural interaction. There are a number of excellent walking, hiking and biking tours offered in the village ranging in length from a couple of hours to a full day. In the afternoon, we drive back to Arusha.
